Admitted Student Families
Parents and family members are important partners in the success of Ducks. It’s important to us that you have opportunities to learn more about the University of Oregon and understand how we can be a great fit for your student’s undergraduate experience. We have programs for the whole family, and resources specific to you!

Coming Soon: Ask Me Anything With VP Roger Thompson

You’ve got questions and we have answers. Open only to admitted students and their parents and family members, this live webinar will be your chance to ask Roger Thompson, Vice President for Student Services and Enrollment Management, about what’s on your mind as you and your student take the next steps toward becoming a part of the Duck family. (The event previously scheduled for March 26 has been postponed until late April. The new date will be announced.)

IntroDUCKtion Parent and Family Program: Coming this Summer

We offer a comprehensive separate-but-concurrent parent and family IntroDUCKtion program that’s geared toward helping you navigate the complexities of sending your student to the UO. From undergraduate degree requirements and how academic advising works, to details about move-in and campus safety, we’ll introduce you to the people who help your students and ensure you know how to best support your student from afar.
